In this Screencast you are learning how to use columns in Word. We start with dividing text into three columns so that each caption in text starts from new column. Then we go on with dividing text into two non-equal columns.

PivotTables are one of my favorite data analysis tools in Excel. With PivotTables you can find sums (also average, minimum, maximum, etc…) much easier than with Subtotals. This screencast shows how to create and modify PivotTables in Excel.

This screencast is about using Subtotals in Excel. It’s recommended, that you know how to sort data in Excel, but it is not necessary to understand Subtotals. Subtotals are used to find a sum (count, average, maximum, minimum, etc…) of values for some group of data. We start with simple subtotal exercise and go on with multiple subtotals in one table. Subtotals also provide good data viewing opportunity by showing/hiding some group of data.
